Who we need
We are seeking for a candidate with practice of Apprenticeships in Accountancy to join our team, supporting our learners to achieve the expertise, knowledge and behaviours of their vocational course. Key tasks and responsibilities include:
   » Plan, prepare, design and deliver high quality teaching learning and assessment in the workplace
   » Take responsibility for a caseload of apprentices and their E-portfolios, ensuring timely completion within agreed and appropriate timescales.
   » Ensure KPI's are achieved such as completing reviews, off the job is recorded and up to date, monitoring of attendance, recording of the learner journey, timely completion, etc.
   » Motivate and inspire all apprentices so that they are supported to achieve excellence and are encouraged to achieve their full potential including higher grades.
   » Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the employer's needs are met
What you'll bring
The ideal candidate will come from industry or have previous assessing practice within Accountancy, with a particular focus on Apprenticeships. You will have strong communication expertise both written and verbal and be proactive in organising your workload. Essential expertise and practice include:
   » Hold a significant Accountancy qualification at L3 or above
   » Hold an assessing qualification or equivalent or be willing to work towards
   » knowledge and practice of the delivery and assessment in subject area
   » Demonstrate exceptional organisational and planning expertise with capability to manage own diary
   » A availability to update own professional development
   » Able to work effectively as a member of a team and have practice of prosperous team working and be committed to a team-located approach
