The Position:
We're looking for full time and part time Maths Lecturers to deliver GCSE and possibly Functional expertise qualifications to 16-19 year old study programme learners.

This is a new function that has been adapted to allow the maths lecturer to not only teach maths but be a support to their groups within the vocational lessons. practice of working with a construction environment or having practice of embedding vocational courses into the maths sessions is desirable although training will be offered for the right candidate.
You would be working in a flexible and supportive team, that are highly practiced and passionate about helping people gain new expertise. We are a kind, supportive fun-loving bunch who would love to have you join us!
Responsibilities for the function:
As a Maths Lecturer at NWSLC, you will:
   » Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of maths courses, in particular GCSE Maths.
   » Utilise innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning practice and attainment of all students.
   »
Monitor attendance and achievement.
   »
contact with vocational staff to support the development of the maths programme and resources.
What expertise are we looking for?:
To excel in this function, you will possess:
   » A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
   » practice in teaching GCSE and Functional expertise.
   » A commitment to continuous professional development and has innovative ideas and shares best practice.
   » An Excellent communicator.
   » A great team player who is flexible, with availability to travel to our campuses.
