IT Portfolio - iSolutions
The University's IT Service, iSolutions, are looking for the right people to deliver projects that change how the University uses IT to work. We deliver a full range of IT services to all staff and students and this function will join our IT Portfolio community of Project Managers and Business Analysts. We run a wide variety of projects and programmes to improve our current services and transform the staff and student practice to a diverse community of 23,000+ students and over 5,500 University staff.
We are seeking for a Senior Business Change Manger with practice in supporting the effective delivery of complex change:
What you'll do:
   » Play a key function in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
   » Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job functions and organisation structures.
   » Undertaking change impact assessments, recommending significant change management interventions, assessing business readiness and implementing connected change management strategies.
   » Be working in a small team of Senior Business Change Managers, helping to embed effective change management capcapability in the IT Portfolio working within the Prosci change management framework.
What you'll bring:
   » An knowledge of the importance of change management in programme and project delivery.
   » capability to build a change management plan with mapped activities, milestones, deliverables, results, and benefits identification.
   » practice of analysing situations and problems, an capability to work systematically to resolve problems, identify causes, anticipate implications and make informed decisions on courses of actions.
   » An knowledge of change management tools, methodologies, and models.
