Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and expertise transfer. - THE function - The post holder will contribute to the development and delivery of teaching, research and other scholarly activities in nursing and paramedic science at undergraduate and post graduate levels and contribute to the University's key goals and connected Faculty and School Plans. The post holder will also be involved in the preparation and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing and paramedic courses within the School. - ABOUT YOU - The postholder will be required to be: - Currently hold live registration as a first level nurse (Mental Health) on the NMC Register. - First or Upper Second Class Honours Degree or higher or equivalent in Nursing or significant subject. - A post-graduate qualification in Nursing or related subject. - practice as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) and evidence of clinical up-dating activities to maintain registration (revalidation).
