We are pursuing a committed and inspirational Head of School to lead our business curriculum area. In this function, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our students, ensuring they receive an exceptional education that prepares them for success. The school delivers programmes from level 1 to level 5.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track recordof managing and leading prosperous programmes, the capability to foster innovation, and nurture a school culture that supports and encourages staff to execute at their highest level, through strong communication and leadership abilities.
The prosperous candidate will be responsible for superviseing all aspects of the school's operations, including curriculum development, student and staff recruitment, and quality improvement.
A degree or equivalent industry significant qualification and/or significant industry practice and significant teaching qualification are also essential requirements. A management qualification would be advantageous.
