Job Offer: Student Support and Success (Student Futures):Job description:Job location: London We are seeking for a Careers and Employcapability Adviser to support the aspirations and graduate results of our diverse cohort of students. You will work as part of a dedicated student-facing team to deliver activities that support the career development of a diverse cohort of Roehampton students and graduates. The postholder will ideally hold a higher education teaching qualification such as Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) or equivalent portfolio demonstrating teaching skills including curriculum design and assessment practice. You will focus on enhancing graduate results by supporting students and graduates to gain work practice through internships, placements, and other co-curricular work practice programmes. Key elements of this function include increasing external employer presence on campus, in the curriculum, developing employer engagement opportunities for students across the University and representing the Student Futures Team at departmental -led employcapability events.
