Offer: Exams Access Arrangement Assessor:Job description:Job location: Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Metropolitan Borough of Kirklees 30.5 Hours a week/ 36 Weeks per year At Kirklees College we are always looking for new talent, and welcome applications from all sectors. You would be joining a GOOD college and helping us continue to support our many students and be part of the journey to Outstanding. In the function of EAA Assessor you'll predominantly be located at Waterfront but moving across all campuses and your focus will be on assessing students for EAA, completing the Form 8 accurately, supporting staff to complete form 9's in a timely manner to meet external and internal deadlines. Your key responsibilities will be complete assessments in a timely manner, accurately record results of the assessment and contact with SEND, Exam and curriculum teams You must havea post-graduate course at, or equivalent to, Level 7 (including at least 100 hours relating to individual specialist assessment); or a current SpLD Assessment Practicing Certificate as awarded by Patoss, Dyslexia Action or BDA, listed on the SASC website,and be practiced in undertaking EAA assessments.
