Who we need
We are seeking for a committed, creative and practiced marketing professional to join our great marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications and leading a team of content marketing, events and lead gen agents, the prosperous candidate will play a pivotal function in the promotion of Nottingham College and its offer across the East Midlands and beyond.
practice within an FE college or other public sector organisation is desirable, but we would encourage candidates from beyond the sector, who believe they have the attitude and enthusiasm to get stuck in and be a part of Nottingham College's future.
What you'll bring
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced organisation, and used to collaborating with colleagues from other departments to deliver prosperous multi-disciplinary campaigns, including digital, web, PR and design.
You should be meticulously organised, a detailed planner and able to reliably juggle multiple projects and priorities. You should be a skilled data analyst and adept at reporting and evaluating the impact of campaigns, and implementing learnings into future strategies.
You should have one eye on marketing trends and enthusiasm to innovate and explore new channels, approaches and content styles in order to meet our ambitious strategic marketing objectives.
