Careers and Employcapability Adviser - 18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year:Job description:Job location: Hayes, Uxbridge We are pursuing a part time Careers and Employcapability Adviser to provide an effective, impartial careers service tailored to the needs of individual learners and prospective learners. You would work closely with curriculum and external partners to deliver a high quality service, host Employer and UCAS events and learner centred workshops within the College, and support the College's employcapability agenda. The function requires an individual with excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication expertise. You will need to possess a minimum of a Level 4 qualification in IAG, Careers Guidance or related area, practice of providing careers advice to a range of clients and will have a good expertise of educational and employment related progression routes.
