User practice and Service Specialist:Job description:Job location: Reading The User practice and Service Specialist function is vital in driving positive change in how users interact with supported products, services and processes. By embodying automation and lean design, this function will be instrumental in transforming the overall user practice The function will work closely with our key business stakeholders, Heads of Service, Relationship Managers and Service leads in general to influence and promote a UX focused approach to the delivery of services across Digital Technology Services (DTS) and beyond where appropriate.
