THE function The postholder will contribute to teaching, research, enterprise and business engagement for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Digital Design with a focus on creative and commercial practices. They will undertake administrative tasks related to undergraduate and postgraduate digital design programmes and engage in high quality research activities. The postholder will provide teaching and academic support on BDes Digital Design, MDes UX and Service Design, Year 0 (Foundation in Art and Design) and related programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, contributing to an outstanding student practice at Ulster University's Belfast School of Art in preparation for industry significant specialisation and progression into professional life. ABOUT YOU » First or upper second-class honours degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or equivalent and significant practice. » Have previous practice of teaching and assessment of Digital Design in higher education. » Have broad training / practice in / expertise of the use of a wide variety of digital design practices, methods and software (e.g., Figma), particularly in a commercial context.
