LSE Catering manages restaurants, cafes, bars and shops across campus and halls of residence providing catering, retail and hospitality services to our staff and student community. We have a great opportunity for an Executive Chef to join our great team. You will play a key function as an ambassador for ?Food at LSE?, leading our food and menu development as we deliver an exciting change programme across our catering outlets, hospitality service and halls. The Executive Chef will: » Demonstrate a real passion and knowledge of food production and delivery » Have significant qualifications and practice including achieving recognised accreditations » Develop and implement creative and innovative food offerings of a high quality » Be able to build, lead and manage a team who can deliver consistently high standards » Demonstrate practice of continuous improvement LSE is a great place to work.
