Job Opportunity: PDN/Academic Support Librarian:Job description:Job location: Cambridge Cambridge University Libraries are seeking to appoint an innovative, enthusiastic, practiced, and customer-focused individual to an interesting and varied function with managery and teaching responsibilities. Reporting to the Biological Sciences Librarian, the post holder is a part of the Biological Sciences Libraries Team and will be responsible for providing specialist library support for the learning, research, and teaching activities of the staff and students of the Department of Physiology, Development and Neuroscience (PDN). The prosperous candidate will also have a cross-school responsibility of supporting and developing the academic and research expertise of undergraduates in the School of Biological Sciences. We are seeking for candidates with a strong user service ethos, practice of working in a library and demonstrable practice of face-to-face teaching and innovative online delivery. You will be a positive and proactive individual with the capability to work alone and in a team. You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy collaborating and building strong effective relationships with faculty, students, and other stakeholders.
