Working within the Admissions team you will be responsible for provision of a professional admissions service under the guidance of the Admissions Operations Manager to ensure an end-to-end admissions process from enquirer to entrant.

this function will require a positive, proactive leader who is also an effective team member. To ensure provision of excellent administrative and customer service support, through the accurate and timely completion of a range of routine administration tasks to meet operational and customer service requirements. This includes ensuring efficient and streamlined application processing (including applying set admissions criteria) and customer focused enquiry management.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with a number of Academic Schools and will contact with College and Professional Service teams as required.

This is a full-time post, fixed term until 31 May 2025.
