Offer: Senior Administrator:Job description:Job location: Nottingham Job location: Jubilee Campus We are seeking for a friendly, engaging, enthusiastic person with excellent customer service, administrative and IT expertise with a keen eye for detail to join our administrative support team. You will work collaboratively with team members to deliver proactive support to academic and research staff and students. As a Senior Administrator you will: » Provide Postgraduate Research (PGR) financial and resource management to the School accounts and scholarship budgets. » Lead continual improvement and planning of the School procedures, processes, projects and events with a focus on PGR and Teaching and Learning. » Provide administrative leadership abilities and management to other members of the School Operations team to ensure the prosperous delivery of an excellent administrative support service for the School. » Maintain confidential records and documentation in conformity with GDPR requirements. » Support the School leadership abilities team as required including supporting committees, general support office outputs and administration. And you will bring: » Excellent customer service » Excellent verbal and written communication » Excellent numeracy expertise » Attention to detail and the capability to independently manage a wide and varied range of work to multiple deadlines. » A drive and availability to take the initiative in process improvements. » A positive attitude to building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues. » practice of planning your own work activities and delivering to deadlines are essential. this function is available on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
