Job Opportunity: Senior Planning and Insight Analyst:Job description:Job location: Solent University This an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and support the delivery of data informed decision making at Solent University This is an exciting function for a versatile analyst who thrives when exploring complex datasets, synthesizing findings, and presenting outputs that are accessible and actionable. We are seeking for a creative and curious Analyst to join our Business Planning & Insights (BPI) team. You will be at the forefront of delivering the analysis and insight capcapability at Solent and will be working within a dynamic team who are keen to increase the impact of our work. This is a great opportunity to work flexibly across a range of business and strategic questions. The function holder will support the Head of BPI in improving how we gain value from our data and how we present information and insight. They will ensure that the analysis, dashboards, and resources we produce are user-centred and aligned to institutional priorities; and that we are continuously improving how we deliver. The function holder will work with other BPI team members and support stakeholders across the university including external relations, academic leadership abilities and student administration. You will provide strategic insight and analysis in support of improving the student practice and results, business planning, internal performance monitoring and external benchmarking. We are seeking for a strategic and analytical thinker who is confident in working with multiple sources of data and information to derive insight resulting in clear and actionable recommendations. You will have a collaborative approach, an appetite for continuous improvement, the capability to synthesise and present data in engaging formats. The function holder will have a passion for insight, a creative approach to developing solutions for a range of audiences, supported by a positive can-do attitude with the capability to anticipate and respond to complex stakeholder requirements.?
