Job Opportunity: Development Operations Manager:Job description:Job location: London Interview date: Wednesday 29 May 2024 income: Grade 7, £37,334 - £41,451 per annum. Appointments will normally be made to the first point of the grade. If a part-time appointment is made, the postholder will receive a proportion of the full-time income. The RCM Development team raises significant support from individuals, companies, charitable trusts and foundations annually, ranging from Friends memberships to seven figure gifts. The Development Operations Manager develops and applies data across our philanthropic, event, partnership and venue hire activities, collaborates with colleagues on the prosperous identification and engagement of new supporters and leads on succinct reporting for the Development team, including analysis of key performance indicators. We are seeking for candidates who: » Enjoy delving into both qualitative and quantitative data, and can compile clear and compelling reports » Have practice managing a CRM database, preferably Raiser's Edge NXT within a fundraising context » Can balance a diverse range of projects efficiently with excellent attention to detail This post is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and is available from June 2024. RCM is happy to consider requests for flexible working, with the knowledge that the prosperous candidate would need to come to South Kensington roughly once a week. It is designed as a full-time function, but there are aspects which could be adjusted to make it 0.8FTE (28 hours per week) if a candidate has sufficient significant practice.
