About the function:
This is an exciting and varied function within the Worcester Business School which requires excellent communication expertise and the capability to adapt and prioritise workload e?ectively. You will provide proactive administrative support to designated courses and processes within the school, working as part of a team and on own initiative. The function will also include the opportunity to take on and be involved in projects and tasks that support Worcester Business School activities. The post holder will focus on providing comprehensive administrative support to facilitate a first rate student practice across the courses and processes they will support.
The ideal candidate would be someone who thrives on planning ahead, who can build strong working relationships with colleagues and enjoys developing their wide variety of expertise, both technical and administrative. You will be a keen problem-solver with strong digital capabilities and will demonstrate a availability to embrace positive change, promote consistency and share best practices on a cross-departmental level.
this function will be full time located at our City Campus. After the initial three-month training period, hybrid working is a possibility (typically 1-2 days per week).
