South, London, ON N6E 3Y1) Under the direction of the manager(s) of Maintenance, perform work in conformity with the appropriate designation as recognized by the Ministry of expertise and Development. This involves the maintenance, repair, installation, and construction of structures, fixtures, and equipment all over the school board sites. Qualifications and expertise: » Minimum of five (5) years HVAC practice » G1 and 313A technician certification » Install, service, balance and repair heating, gas and electric ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, chillers, boilers, etc. » Repair and calibrate pneumatic and electronic controls and thermostats » Monitor and correct problems in HVAC systems through computerized BAS systems » Perform other assigned tasks that are within the area of expertise and skill as required » Sheetmetal/ductwork » Perform work in conformity with applicable codes, acts, and standards Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Permanent income range: $32.58 to $35.57 (Commensurate with practice) &nb sp; & nbsp;   ; &nb sp; & nbsp;   ; &nb sp; Applications must include a cover letter and a resume, documented proof of qualifications, and the names and contact information of three professional references, one of whom is your immediate manager.
