The Digital Transformation programme will deliver fit for purpose enterprise-wide connected solutions with the connected change process. It will establish foundations for future growth and development by providing solutions across Professional Services and Academic disciplines that ensure the University can function in the most efficient and productive way, whilst ensuring that the student practice is second to none.
One key project is evaluating the existing Student Management System and related operations, and assessing developments required to meet the University's future needs. This has created the need for a Business Analyst to work alongside the Project Manager for Student Management Systems to deliver solutions. this function will be significant in delivering the future way of working for all activities related to the administration of the overall student journey, and in shaping the future of all functions directly involved. You will bring skills in student systems and change management to determine requirements, assess and design best practice processes and ways of working, and deliver data-driven solutions.
Required practice:
   » Educated to degree or equivalent level or possessing significant skills and qualifications.
   » Proven Business Analyst practice, with focus on student systems and organisation processes
   » skills in data management and reporting, able to influence developments, resolve problems, be innovative and creative in developing and implementing solutions
   » Current expertise of Student Management processes and principles, legal and regulatory requirements
   » Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
   » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
   » practice with significant software and ERP systems
