Job Summary - Following the award of £5 million from Research England (UKRI) to deliver the Developing Business-Aware Academics project, the project team is seeking a graduate to join them as a Project Support agent. You will provide efficient and effective day-to-day administrative and financial support to the project and all team members. This will allow you to gain valuable practice in administration, project coordination, and customer service working with a range of stakeholders. this function is part of the Graduate Business Partnership Scheme (GBP) and offers a full-time contract (36.5 hours per week) for 23 months. this function is located in Exeter on our Streatham campus with hybrid working in the house, but some UK travel may also be required. About You - You should be a graduate who has expertise in communication, event organisation, organisation and time management, and interpersonal. You should have the capability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely and have a methodological approach with an aptitude for accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail. You should have a proactive, enthusiastic ?can-do' attitude and happy to act on your own initiative, be motivated to work effectively as part of a team and dedicated to delivering project objectives, be honest, reliable, with a commitment to confidentiality and delivering work with integrity, and be enthusiastic conscientious. You should have practice of working independently, under pressure and delivering work to deadline, of working in a team environment to deliver multiple objectives and support project aims, and of adapting to a changing environment and introducing new systems. You should have practice MS Office, virtual meeting software and a availability to lgain about a range of systems, of supporting meetings and of recording accurate notes, and of developing and maintaining social media platforms and web pages. You should also have a availability to travel to partner organisations or support events within the UK.
