We are seeking for a proactive, enthusiastic and highly skilled individual with expert expertise of open access and scholarly publishing to join our Open Research team in Libraries & Museums, University of St Andrews. The purpose of this function is to focus on advocacy and outreach for Open Access, managing specific elements of the infrastructure, staff and services which support the University's culture of Open Research.
This is an exciting time to join Libraries & Museums as we further develop our open research culture which values sustainable and equitable open access. We are seeking for someone to share our commitment to making our research findings widely available for local, national and global benefit. You will take forward a roadmap located on our institutional OA Policy located on rights retention, and be able to take initiative to further develop our OA services.
We are seeking for someone with expert expertise of scholarly publishing and the open research environment with excellent communications expertise and the capability to deal with problems taking an evidence located approach.
