Lincoln College invites applications for a 6-hour Stipendiary Lectureship in Pure Mathematics, starting Michaelmas Term 2024, to cover short-term teaching needs in the subject. The post is available from 1 September 2024 until 20 April 2025 and is not renewable. The prosperous candidate will be expected to teach an average of 6 weighted hours per week. They will have, or will be in the final stages of completing a doctorate in mathematics, and will be likely to have teaching practice, at undergraduate level, in pure mathematics.
The income offered is in the range £15,244- £16,983 per annum (pro-rated for the duration of the post). candidates will be required to provide original documentation showing their right to work in the UK. Please note that this post is not sponsorable under the UK's points-located immigration system.
