The Board of Electors to the Professorship of European Law invite applications for this Professorship from persons whose work falls within the general field of the title of the office to take up appointment on 1 January 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
The prosperous candidate will have an outstanding track-record as a scholar and teacher of European Law and will have the international stature, vision, practice and enthusiasm necessary to provide intellectual leadership abilities and to maintain and develop the University of Cambridge's position as a global centre of excellence for research in and the study of European Law.
Standard professorial tasks include teaching and research, examining, supervision and administration. The Professor will be located in Cambridge. A competitive income will be offered.
