About the function:
Within the Strategic Planning and Performance Directorate, We are seeking for a Data Analyst (Student Numbers)that will be located in the Market Insights and Student Numbers Team. this function is part-time (0.5 FTE), and will focus on supporting the delivery of student numbers analysis and market insights to assist student recruitment at all levels.
Primary responsibilities will include producing market data and intelligence to reflect ARU's recruitment pipeline (inc. Writtle College and Partners), and to benchmark performance to comparator and competitor universities, as well as providing insights and analysis (inc. customer profiling) from different databases and sources, to support student recruitment activities and develop future strategies.
With a degree, or equivalent qualification or demonstrable level of practice, you will have proven data analysis practice. This will include working with large and complex data, and demonstrating an appropriate approach to numerical data and statistical information. As a good team player, you'll have excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, along with strong written and verbal communication expertise.
