We have Full Time placement opportunities available for a Service Desk Analyst available at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
We're looking for expertiseable and motivated Service Desk Analysts to help us drive up and maintain excellent levels of customer service and satisfaction at a challenging time for our organisation. As well as forming part of the national response to Covid 19, we are in the process of major ICT infrastructure change, including the roll out of Windows 10 and new devices to all staff.
The function includes ensuring that all incoming calls, e-mails and portal-located requests are correctly logged and recorded in the Service Desk Call Logging system; appropriately allocating incident and requests to other teams ensuring clear and unambiguous comments and updates are provided in the Incident/Request. To succeed in these vital functions you will need to be calm, courteous and customer service-focussed in your manner. We're particularly interested in hearing from people with Windows 10 expertise and practice
