Are you practiced in roster management? Are you looking for a new challenge?

Thames Hospice are looking to recruit a part time Inpatient Clinical Administrator located at our beautiful purpose built hospice on Bray Lake in Maidenhead which is a stunning working environment.

We recognise that our staff are invaluable to the prosperous care and support provided to our patients. The purpose of this newly created function is to deliver an efficient pre-planned roster for our Inpatient Unit Staff ensuring rosters effectively support our capability to meet our patient needs, by collating accurate data on availcapability taking account of contracted hours, training, holidays and sick leave.

The prosperous candidate will be practiced in the rostering of staff with a sound expertise of Microsoft Office. Interpersonal and communication expertise are critical to the success of this function as you contact with other internal staff and departments. You will have good attention to detail with strong problem solving expertise able to prioritise remaining calm during challenging times.
