Job Offer: Wellbeing Services Manager:Job description:Job location: Newport We are recruiting for a full-time Wellbeing Services Manager, reporting to the Head of Student Services, the postholder will be a key manager within Student Services with responsibility for the operational delivery and developmental work of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Team, a multi-disciplinary team of clinical professionals. The postholder will also have university-level responsibilities as a Senior Safeguarding agent and as the operational lead for the Mental Health and Suicide Safer Strategies. The postholder will also represent the University at external fora and working groups relating to student mental health and wellbeing. We are seeking for a natural leader who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with young people and has a thorough knowledge of mental health and wellbeing difficulties in this age group. No two days are the same in the Student Services department so flexibility and enthusiasm are a must along with being a team player.
