Job Opportunity: Faculty Support Coordinator:Job description:Job location: Winchester The Department for Student Support and Success are looking for a Faculty Support Coordinator to join their busy Mental Wellbeing Team. You will provide practical advice and guidance to University staff and colleagues on identifying, supporting and making appropriate referrals for students with issues impacting negatively on their mental wellbeing. You will be involved in promoting positive mental wellbeing across the university and designing and delivering training packages. You will work alongside our team of Student Support and Success Advisors offering leadership abilities, advice and guidance. You will also lead on developing and facilitating peer support networks in the area of mental wellbeing, as well as directly providing support to students as required. As our ideal candidate you will have an honours degree (in any subject) and demonstrable practice of working in the area of mental health support. Excellent communication and inter-personal expertise are essential together with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
