Offer: Laboratory Technician:Job description:Job location: Exeter This exciting, full-time post is available immediately located at our St Luke's Campus. Summary of the function The primary focus of this post is to manage the day-to-day operational delivery of technical services supporting multiple departments. The function will support technical spaces/laboratories in Medical Sciences and Imaging,Graduate School of Education, and Sport and Health Sciences. We are seeking for an individual with exceptional communication and time management expertise, who has practice in providing technical support to staff and students in a complex research laboratory environment. You must be able to work independently, using your initiative to tackle problems, excellent planning expertise, with an capability to manage your own workload, set priorities and work to strict deadlines whist remaining calm under pressure. expertise and practice of operating within a Health and Safety function, and laboratory environment would be essential. this function may offer the opportunity for hybrid working with the expectation that the appointee would come into the office on campus an average of 2 to 3 days per week.
