We are pursuing to recruit three Lecturer/Senior Lecturers to join our academic team and deliver on our popular Business and leadership abilities Apprenticeship programmes and our Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes including BA/BSc Business and Management, MBA Global and MSc Strategic Management. We would particularly welcome specialisms in Project Management, Operations, Strategy and Human Resource Management. An academic with a demonstrated capability to contribute to the design and delivery of work located, blended and online modules/courses would be the desired candidate. We would also welcome applications from professionals, particularly those who have previous practice working with employers on development programmes. You will combine a passion for teaching, research, with the capability to inspire students at a distance and to contribute to business curriculum development and enhancement. Vision, flexibility and a commitment to making a difference for our students will be essential. candidates should have considerable professional practice and/or have a sound background in academia that is of direct relevance the subject area. It is also our expectation that the candidates possess PhD (or comparable practice) and have taught at the Higher Education level in a significant subject area.
