Come and join a leading business school with Triple Crown accreditation and a world-class reputation for high quality teaching and ground-breaking research and cutting-edge thinking!
We have an opportunity for two proactive and organised individuals to join the Sheffield University Management School's Student and Programme Support team as an Executive Education Student and Programme adjunct.
Your function will require the provision of front-line support for students, being their first point of call. You will respond to student enquiries in person and by email, signposting to University services where appropriate, as well as supporting welcome event planning and the provision of on the day support as required. You will also be responsible for supporting the Programme Administrators with elements of programme assessment, including scheduling assessments, coursework submissions, the processing and uploading of marks and exam boards.
You will have 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent practice) with excellent IT expertise, including practice of working with Microsoft spreadsheets, word processing and email packages. You will need previous significant administrative/clerical practice (preferably within a higher educational or similar environment) as well as excellent customer service expertise.
We are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and University.

The University's Total compensate Package includes a competitive income, a generous Pension Scheme and annual leave entitlement, as well as access to a range of learning and development courses to support your personal and professional development.
We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student practice.
