You will have the capability to lead, facilitate, develop and coach teams, be a creative problem solver and confident decision maker with a focus on overcoming challenges to find solutions to highly complex issues The prosperous candidate will play a lead function in the development and leadership abilities of a new people strategy, including driving innovative and transformative change in the HR team and working collaboratively across the University.
