Contract: Full-Time and Fixed Term (12 Months)
Responsible for the accurate set up, creation and management of OCR courses
With a commitment to outstanding service delivery, this function will involve managing and Assume the responsibility the continuing processes of OCR courses. You will be Liaising with significant teams within BPP, and maintaining strong relationships with them, to ensure the correct set up and sign off for the sale of OCR courses before being made available to our students. You will also be required to manage and process PQ feedback in a timely and accurate manner.
What you'll be doing
   » Scheduling Online Classroom (OCR) courses with consultation from the significant Heads of Programmes
   » Liaising with significant teams within BPP, and maintaining strong relationships with them, to ensure the correct set up and sign off for the sale of OCR courses before being made available to our students
   » Managing and Assume the responsibility the continuing processes of OCR courses. Such responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to;
   » Student forum creation
   » Ensuring all course creation tasks are completed to predefined Service Level Agreements
   » Ensuring the tracking sheet of OCR courses is kept up to date
   » Managing and maintaining student databases and Connect lists to ensure OCR tutors can contact their students on a timely basis whist ensuring we are GDPR compliant
   » Query management related to the OCR courses and responding to such queries within agreed timeframes
   » Managing the Professional Qualification (PQ) feedback process ensuring all significant stakeholders have access to said feedback in a timely and accurate manner
   » Any other reasonable tasks as requested by the team manager
