The prosperous candidate will provide leadership abilities, direction and support to a team of staff in Housing, Facilities Management and Health & Safety coordinating activity to ensure high quality provision for learners and employers. You will lead, motivate and inspire a team of Trainers, Tutor Assessors and IV's to drive the business forward commercially whilst actively researching and identifying new curriculum and business opportunities to support growth. You will possess a Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Health & Safety, Housing or Facilities Management and have commercial knowledge, practice and knowledge of industry, including training needs. Ideally you will possess the A1 Assessor Award and/or V1 Internal Verifiers award, Level 7 qualification or equivalent and a recognised Teaching and Learning qualification e.g. PGCE or be willing to work towards. Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English.
