Offer: HR Analyst (1 year FTC):Job description:Job location: London Fixed term contract for 1 year The Royal College of Art is the UK's only entirely postgraduate university of art and design, dedicated to teaching, research and expertise exchange with industry. We are pursuing to appoint a HR Analyst on a full-time, fixed term basis for 1 year to support the Human Resources team. Working within the HR Operations team and reporting to the Head of HR Operations/HR Operations Coordinator, the HR Analyst will lead on all aspects of data quality and be the 1st line of support for all systems queries. They will undertake tasks such as system administration, troubleshooting user issues as well as preparing and developing MI reports. Educated to degree level or with an equivalent level of practice, the prosperous candidate will have significant practice and expertise of HR systems, data and analytics. They will be service oriented, able to demonstrate technical aptitude, attention to detail and enthusiasm for delivering high quality analytical work as well as a pro-active capability to work independently to a high standard. An excellent communicator with the capability to communicate and engage effectively across all levels and the capability to handle sensitive & confidential issues including data privacy.
