Academic and Student Administration Office
Fixed Term 12 months starting 14th February 2022/ full-time (35 hours per week)
The Governance, Quality Assurance and Enhancement team sits within the College Academic and Student Administration Office, and is responsible for theadministration and delivery of the University Academic Policy and Quality Framework. In CAHSS, we have been working hard to build a strong sense of collective responsibility and cooperation, to streamlinepolicies, processes and procedures for the delivery of learning, teaching, assessment and student support across the College. This has never been more critical than during the pandemic and will continue to be an essential area of work as we continue through 2021-22 and beyond.
We are pursuing to appoint an enthusiastic and practiced administrator as the lead for Academic Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) administration in the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (CAHSS).
You will lead a small team working in close partnership with the Deans, Director of Academic and Student Administration and colleagues across CAHSS to deliver robust and reliable QAE processes and reporting as well as curriculum approval and validation. You will also contribute to the delivery and monitoring of College learning, teaching and student practice strategic action plans.
