We have a great new opportunity located at our Corby campus for a Customer Contact Advisor to become a key member of our Customer Service department.
As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will play a pivotal function in the success of our students and pupils through:
   » Providing a professional, high quality front of house and information, advice and guidance servicetocustomers in line with the Group's customer service charter, set service standards, and recruitment and conversion targets.
   » Participating in school events and recruitment events in order to attract candidates.
Our ideal candidates will have practice of working in a fast paced customer focused environment and exceeding customer expectations, alongside the following qualifications:
   » A professional information, advice and guidance (IAG) qualification at Level 4, or the availability to undertake this
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
Contract Type - Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)
20 hours per week (0.54054 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
259 hours holiday per annum, pro rata (inclusive of public holidays)
Peoples Pension
£22,000 per annum, pro rata (actual income £11,891.88)
Term-Time
Monday - 1-5
Tuesday - 1-5
Wednesday - 3-7
Thursday - 1-5
Friday - 12:30-4:30
Non-Term Time
Monday to Thursday 1-5pm
Friday 12:30 - 4:30pm
Fixed Term Contract
We require our team to remain flexible with their working hours in order to provide cover for the service for the needs of the business. There may be occasions when hours are changed to help cover holiday, sickness, or to attend meetings or training which fall outside of this work pattern, these will be agreed in advance where possible.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
