As part of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy, we are currently reimagining how we develop a fully inclusive institutional climate and are currently recruiting to our new team, located in the Centre for Inclusion and Diversity (CfID). Reporting to the Pro Vice-Chancellor [EDI], you will lead the CfID team, working across research, academic and policy development, and influencing work that contributes to the EDI movement locally, regionally and globally. The function of Associate Director EDI will play a pivotal function in the future strategy and operational delivery of the CfID's priorities. You will have demonstrable practice of developing and managing a substantial EDI provision, capturing both high-quality service delivery and essential compliance oversight. You will also have excellent leadership abilities, management and influencing expertise and the highest levels of cultural competence.
