Would you like to use your timetabling, data and problem-solving expertise to play a pivotal function in our friendly and growing university community? As our Timetabling Manager you would prepare and ensure that our University timetable supports an excellent student practice through effective teaching, efficient space utilisation and helps to promote student engagement. As part of this function you will manage a complex set of learning and teaching requirements and relationships that will require the full application of your broad range of excellent analytical expertise. You will work confidently with both internal and external contacts, managing a small team of two. We are seeking for a natural leader who thrives in a busy environment, who enjoys working with a range of staff and students and has a thorough practice in timetable management in an education setting, ideally in higher education. No two days are the same so flexibility and enthusiasm are a must along with being a team player and a strong customer-service approach.
