The Opportunity:
   » To work in a very dynamic and competitive environment, developing new expertise by interacting with senior management and academics
   » Reporting to Director of International Office, the Post-holder will take the leadership abilities in the supervision and line management of Admissions agents and the management of the international admissions process to ensure all stakeholders receive an exemplary level of service.
   » The post holder will periodically assist senior management with required data analysis.
   » He/She will be responsible for superviseing the IT and Administrative systems that underpin all of the Admissions functions ensuring they meet, and are responsive to, constantly changing business demands.
   » To work with Director of International Office on the development and implementation of admissions plans in the context of the University's Development Plan
   » To monitor progress towards the objectives on applications and admissions targets set in the University's Development Plan
Essential expertise
   » An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any discipline or practice
   » Excellent expertise of higher education and current issues in HE;
   » expertise of UKVI Tier 4 compliance and HTS policies
   » Previous practice in a professional administrative function in a university or other complex organisation
   » practice of establishing and managing efficient processes and systems
   » First-hand expertise and practice of recruitment and admissions in a challenging and pressurised environment
