Offer: Head of Facilities:Job description:Job location: Carmarthen Carmarthen campus (with travel across all other UWTSD locations as necessary) ABOUT US The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) is an employment-focused university, dedicated to ensuring students from diverse backgrounds develop the academic expertise and practical expertise to thrive. We offer innovative teaching, state-of-the-art equipment and superb support across a wide variety of learning locations and courses. We are now looking to recruit a Head of Facilities to join our Carmarthen campus, working across all our locations, on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. THE function As the Head of Facilities, you will take on a pivotal leadership abilities function superviseing the Soft Facilities Management (SFM) services across the university. Putting the day-to-day focus on safe environments and high-quality practices, you will ensure a cohesive service is delivered at all sites across the university, covering operational services, facilities and amenities. You'll ensure that our practices are sustainable whilst providing strong leadership abilities to a team of Facilities Managers who are located at the Carmarthen, Lampeter, Swansea and Cardiff sites.
