About the function
The Academic Developer: Learner Analytics will support the development of an excellent student practice at Staffordshire University. The function holder will be key to the achievement of our strategic aims including our Academic Strategy 2030.
The function holder will be responsible the development and application of learner analytics measures and engagement interventions working in partnership with schools and professional services across the university. Working with the Head of Educational Research and Evaluation, the function holder will develop intelligence to support data informed decision-making to improve student engagement, retention, progression and attainment
