Pembrokeshire College is seeking Learning Support adjuncts to support learners who have Additional Learning Needs and disabilities, to achieve their career aspirations and programme of study. Due to a gender under representation within the team, male candidates are particularly welcome.
income Details:
£18,637 (pro rata) equivalent to £9.69 per hour
Contract Type: Full time (30 hours per week), fractional (less than 30 hours per week), permanent and fixed term positions are available
9-4 (9-5 during the current academic year), up to 5 days per week, over the College's term (36 weeks per year)
Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English grade A-C or equivalent is essential.

With effect from 1st April 2016 all FE Support Workers in Wales are required to register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), prior to commencing employment (this is to be paid for by the individual at a cost of £15).
Details:
We are seeking for a number of candidates with practice of supporting individuals with a range of Additional Learning Needs. It is essential that they have a good standard of education and strong literacy and numeracy expertise, together with excellent IT, interpersonal and communication expertise. Support is currently provided either face to face or online via the College's online learning platform, therefore candidates must have strong IT expertise. expertise of assistive technology would be advantageous.
We are seeking for flexible individuals who enjoy working within a team environment. The preferred candidate will have practice of supporting learners with Autism and connected behaviour profiles. They may be required to undertake personal care.
Pembrokeshire College particularly welcomes applications from candidates with good Welsh language verbal communication expertise, with disabilities, of all genders, Armed Forces Reservists /and Job share candidates.
