As HR agent - Recruitment and Wellbeing, you will work on behalf of The Midland Academies Trust to deliver a pro-active, responsive and business focused casual, temporary and permanent resourcing service all over the Trust. Driving continuous improvement, best practice and helping to enable the provision of high quality, effective and safe services all over the Trust.
To work with the Trust to develop staff engagement and build the employer brand offer by growing and maintaining a portfolio of initiatives including health and well-being incentives and education and employee benefits/compensate
The Midland Academies Trust is a close-knit family of academies who believe that staff are their greatest resource. This new function, whilst located in the College HR team, will be focused on supporting the academies of the Trust with their staff recruitment and with the development of staff well-being initiatives.

What we do
North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College (NWSLC) is a large Further Education college offering a wide variety of full-time, part-time, Higher Education and Apprenticeship programmes over six campuses located within Warwickshire and Leicestershire.
The College also works with over 600 businesses across a wide variety of sectors - working with organisations to determine their ?training needs analysis'. We then design a programme to match your (the employer's) requirements.
