Offer: Web Manager:Job description:Job location: Bath About the function this function supervises the management of the University's website, ancillary websites and intranets to ensure the website effectively functions as a core marketing channel for all the University's identified audiences. This includes developing and implementing the web engagement strategy as part of the overall University marketing strategy. About you (requirements) We are seeking for someone with significant skills in developing a web content strategy leading to creative and dynamic content that meets (or exceeds) user expectations. You will have strong expertise of how functionality, design and content work together to enhance the user practice and detailed working expertise and application of SEO techniques. We expect you to be proficient in responsive web design and have in-depth and practice of digital marketing communications. You will have significant practice of using analytics and tagging to inform marketing strategy and enhance user practice and engagement. Excellent people management skills, including the capability to manage projects across the team in partnership with other managers, is a must. The External Affairs Unit functions like a small agency within the University and is responsible for business development, advancement and civic engagement, marketing and communications, reputation management and media liaison.
