Offer: Learning Facilitator - Health and Social Care Apprenticeships:Job description:Job location: Scunthorpe We are pursuing a motivated and professional individual to teach and assess across our apprenticeship provision within the curriculum area of Health and Social Care, delivering level 2 to level 5 apprenticeship programmes. The prosperous applicant must have practice gained from working within a health or social care environment and should, ideally, have previous assessing/training practice. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail, be proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being empathetic to the needs of apprenticeship learners. You must be passionate about education and have a keen desire to support apprentices to become qualified professionals in their field, you must be self-motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential and achieve timely success. You should have good communication expertise, be able to work both independently and as part of a team and be fully committed to working with a range of people. There will be a requirement to work flexibly and travel to employer sites, full driving licence is essential.
