Are you interested in helping to teach, shape and develop the next generation of Mental Health nurses?
Our new function will give you the opportunity to work closely with students studying the BSc (Hons) Mental Health Nursing.
You will be working alongside our inspiring and supportive team whilst contributing to the teaching, student support and programme development. Your function is key in enhancing the current programme and contributing to the new curriculum for the BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing.
The programme is delivered using a blended approach with a mix of online and face to face teaching using innovative methods. Effective links with practice will be maintained with the function of link lecturer (Academic Assessor), working closely with students and practice partners.Every day is different!
This exciting opportunity is appropriate for anyone who has practice of teaching or is wishing to begin a career in academia and brings with them contemporary expertise from practice.
Working in partnership with local NHS trusts, health and social care providers, service users and carers; our Institute of Health provides initial pre-registration education for a broad range of health care professionals. Our aim is to support the expertise requirements of the region, by attracting and retaining health professionals who will provide high quality, evidence-located care in a time of change in health and social care.
