The Faculty of Health & Social Sciences is seeking to recruit an practiced and enthusiastic postdoctoral researcher to undertake a significant function in the delivery of high-quality outputs as part of a Health Education England funded initiative linked to practice simulation in the Health and Social Sciences Faculty. A variety of projects are currently being undertaken by academic staff and as a prosperous applicant you would be required to support these projects to prosperous output stage.
You will review our body of research to identify opportunities for academic publishing linked to practice simulation, the dissemination of research findings, and future research funding. You will then work with staff across the Faculty to produce high-quality peer reviewed outputs for publication and support the development and submission of external research funding proposals. You will undertake internal peer review of draft outputs for academic colleagues and provide input and advice for publications.
You will have demonstrable research practice in healthcare and need to be self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative as well as in a team. You will need highly developed communication expertise and be able to work under pressure.
