About the function
Joining a multi-award-winning department as FM Systems Manager you will lead the development, project management and implementation of Facilities Management ICT Systems alongside the data capture, analysis and interrogation of information produced through the utilisation of these systems. Driving the FM strategic ICT plan to meet business priorities you will support system owners in the management of these systems whilst liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective system delivery and value for money.
You will ensure system data analysis informs decision making and lead a team which provides technical support to colleagues across FM and the wider University.
About You
With practice and knowledge of Facilities Management ICT systems (or similar systems) and of initiating and leading system change projects (desirably FM related) you will be customer-focussed and have capability to strategically lead, motivate, persuade and influence IT specialists, vendors, end users and customers to deliver the FM ICT strategy.
With excellent and effective communication expertise and practice of planning activities and projects, working across organisational boundaries, you will have the capability to drive system development and motivate others to support and enhance student-facing business processes.
